Iriyo Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Iriyo stores email login information, short videos uploaded in the app, emoji reactions, reports, and an approximate neighborhood identifier. Exact GPS latitude and longitude are not stored.

Location information

Location permission is used to enter the current neighborhood and to check that uploads match the nearby area. Exact GPS coordinates may be sent for an immediate upload check, but the app stores only an approximate area key and does not create exact location history or movement routes.

Videos and content

Uploaded videos may be shown to users verified in the same neighborhood. Creator names are not shown publicly. Users can report inappropriate content or block a creator, and reported or blocked content may be hidden from the feed.

How we use information

Information is used for login, area verification, video upload and playback, report handling, and service reliability. We do not sell data to third parties or track users for ads.

Retention and deletion

Users can delete their own uploaded clips in the app and start account deletion from Me. Account deletion removes the profile, uploaded clips, reactions, and report records.
